Returns, Replacements and Refunds
Received a Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product?

We’re sorry to hear you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. To help us resolve this quickly:

  1. Log in to your Requance account and go to My Orders.

  2. Select the order and raise a Return Request.

  3. Upload 2–4 clear photos showing:

    • Product front (name)

    • Product back (barcode)

    • The damage or defect

    • All items received in the box

  4. Make sure the return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

  5. Keep the product in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

Our team will review your request and contact you within 1–2 working days. Refunds or replacements will be processed after verification.

If the product is unused, in its original packaging, and all tags and accessories are intact, you can raise a Return or Replacement Request within 7 days of delivery through your Requance account under My Orders.

Please note:

  • We may request clear images of the product to verify your concern.

  • Replacement is subject to quality review and product availability.

  • Opened or used products may not be eligible unless there is a clear defect or issue.

To return an item, log in to your Requance account, go to My Orders, and select the item you want to return. Click Raise a Return Request and upload 2–4 clear images showing the product, barcode, and issue (if any). Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. The product should be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags and accessories.

Yes. If your order included a free gift, it must be returned along with the product. Returns without the free gift may not be accepted or could delay the refund or replacement process.

You cannot return a product if:

  • The return request is raised after 7 days of delivery

  • The product has been used, damaged, or is not in original condition

  • Tags, seals, or original packaging are missing

  • The item is non-returnable (e.g., final sale or personal care items mentioned on the product page)

  2. Add Items to Your Cart: Select the products you want and add them to your shopping cart.

  3. Review Your Cart: Check the products and quantities before proceeding to checkout.

  4. Sign In or Continue as Guest: Log in to your Requance account for a faster checkout or proceed as a guest.

  5. Enter Shipping Information: Provide your delivery address and contact details.

  6. Select Payment Method: Choose from secure options like credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or Cash on Delivery (COD).

  7. Confirm Your Order: Review all details and place your order. You’ll receive an order confirmation via email and SMS.

That’s it! Your Requance order will be processed and shipped to you soon.

Yes! You can add multiple products to your cart and purchase them all together in one order. Enjoy the convenience of shopping your favorite Requance products in a single checkout.

While having an account helps you track orders and manage returns easily, you can also place orders as a guest without creating an account. However, we recommend registering to enjoy a smoother shopping experience.

Creating a Requance account is simple and free. Just click on the “Sign Up” or “Create Account” button on our website or app, enter your name, email address, mobile number, and create a secure password. You’ll receive a confirmation email or OTP to complete registration.

To save your address, go to My Account > Address Book, then click on “Add New Address.” Enter your details and click Save. You can edit or remove saved addresses anytime for faster checkout.

How Can I Pay for My Order?

We accept multiple secure payment methods including debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) in select areas. Choose your preferred option at checkout and follow the instructions to complete your payment.

Shipping and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges help us cover part of the logistics cost to ensure safe and timely delivery. These charges are clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order. We occasionally offer free shipping or COD fee waivers during promotions.

Your online payment is 100% secure and encrypted. We use trusted payment gateways and SSL protection to ensure your card details are safe. Requance does not store your payment information, and all transactions are processed securely.

My Orders
How Do I Know My Order Was Placed?

Once you successfully place an order on Requance, you will immediately receive an order confirmation via email and SMS. This confirmation includes your order number, product details, and estimated delivery date. You can also log in to your Requance account and check the My Orders section to view your recent orders and their status at any time.

If your payment has been deducted but you don’t see the order reflected in your account, it might be due to a delay in payment gateway processing. Please wait up to 30 minutes, then refresh your order history. If the order still does not appear, please contact us at support@requance.com with your transaction details (payment reference, amount, date). We will verify and help resolve the issue quickly, either by confirming your order or processing a refund.

Check your spam or junk folder for the confirmation email, as automated messages can sometimes be filtered. If you can’t find it there, log in to your account and check your order status under My Orders. If your order isn’t listed or you still haven’t received confirmation, contact  hellorequancebeauty@gmail.com so we can assist you in tracking your order or confirming your purchase.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email and SMS containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment. You can also track your order anytime by logging into your account and visiting My Orders. This helps you stay updated on your delivery status and estimated arrival date.

Cancellations
Cancelling Orders with Status 'Verification Pending' or 'Verified'

If your order status shows ‘Verification Pending’ or ‘Verified’, you can still cancel your order before it moves to the next stage.

To do this, please log in to your Requance account, go to the Manage Order section, and select the option to cancel your order.

If you placed the order without logging in, contact us immediately at  hellorequancebeauty@gmail.com or call 9310015213 with your order details so we can assist you promptly.

Please note that cancellations are only possible while the order is under verification. Once the order status changes beyond this point (like ‘Processing’ or ‘Shipped’), cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.

Once your order status shows ‘Shipped’, it means your package is already on its way and cannot be canceled.

If you no longer want the product, you can wait to receive it and then initiate a return request within the specified return period through your Requance account. Our team will guide you through the return and refund process after we receive the product back.

Once your order cancellation is confirmed, we begin processing your refund promptly. The refund will be made using the original payment method you used at checkout.

For Credit/Debit Card and Online Payments: Refunds typically take 5 to 7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds are usually processed via bank transfer or store credit within 7 to 10 business days after cancellation approval.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated. Please keep an eye on your account or wallet for the refund amount.

We strive to process every order smoothly, but sometimes cancellations are necessary due to the following reasons:

Payment Issues: If the payment could not be verified or was declined by your bank or payment provider.

Incorrect or Incomplete Information: If the shipping or billing details provided are incorrect or incomplete.

Shipping and Delivery
How Are Items Packaged?

We ensure that all products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Depending on the product type and fragility, we use a combination of protective packaging materials such as bubble wrap, corrugated boxes, and eco-friendly fillers. Our packaging process is designed to maintain product integrity while being mindful of sustainability whenever possible.

Estimated delivery times are based on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout. Typical delivery timelines are:

Standard Shipping (Domestic): 3–7 business days

Express Shipping (Domestic): 1–3 business days

International Shipping: 7–14 business days (subject to customs clearance and local courier services)

Please note that weekends, public holidays, and unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, customs, or courier issues) may impact delivery times. Requance Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

Once an order is placed and payment is successfully processed, we begin order fulfillment within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking information.

Orders are shipped via trusted delivery partners, and shipping method availability may vary based on your location.

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number and link will be sent to your registered email address. You can use this information to monitor the status of your shipment in real time.
